Lloyds Bank "illustrative" creative route
This was an exploratory project to integrate a new "illustrative style" creative route into Lloyds Bank's dynamic Double Click ads as well as into the existing Bannertime generated ad build, while adding as little fileweight as possible.
Initially I took the supplied After Effects files and tested with PNG sequences which were too heavy, and GIFs which did not handle the alpha well enough being only 8 bit. I settled on using Adobe Animate CC to timeline the animation, then integrate the outputted canvas into the Bannertime build, and then into the Double Click feed.
So while the animation looks fairly simple, this project which ebbed and flowed during my time at EG+ spanned approximately 3 months.
